Important: Just because ICE-LOC® helps prevent pipe rupture when frozen, you should always continue to insulate your pipes where insulation is required and follow proper plumbing procedures.  ICE-LOC® is not a source of heat. Always insulate your pipes.

ICE-LOC® is an innovative silicone sponge that can be placed in any portable water plumbing system. It protects frozen pipes from rupturing or bursting. When water freezes it expands and puts pressure on pipes, causing them to rupture.  ICE-LOC® absorbs this pressure allowing ice to expand and protect the pipes. 

The elastomer is made from a  formula that is excellent for abusive harsh water applications. The material is a PROPRIETARY formula that withstands multiple ice crushing freeze cycles without falling apart in your pipes. The anchor clip is made from a super alloy stainless spring steel.
